Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH has partnered with an engineering company on the northwest side of Indianapolis, Indiana targeting an experienced Customer Experience Representative. This role will be the primary point of contact for customers and clients. This position will manage inquiries, process orders and provide support internally and externally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.

  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer experience role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

  • Knowledge of the manufacturing and engineering industry is a plus.

Additional Details:

  • Full time, contract to hire, onsite



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
