Do you have a passion for helping elementary school students succeed and a strong grounding in behavior analysis?

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Marysville, Ohio area. This full-time, on-site position offers the rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students in Kindergarten through 5th grade by providing comprehensive behavior analysis services.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors in elementary school students.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results, ensuring they are age-appropriate and aligned with the elementary school setting (K-5).
  • Provide training and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff on behavior management techniques tailored for young learners.
  • Monitor student progress, collect data, and evaluate intervention effectiveness to ensure positive behavior change.
  • Collaborate with the school team, families, and other professionals to develop and implement a comprehensive approach to behavior support for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in behavior analysis and interventions specifically for elementary school students.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience working with children with challenging behaviors in an elementary school setting (K-5) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, FBAs, and BIP development for elementary school students.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
