Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Troy, NY
Type: Full-Time

Looking for a full-time CRNAs to cover cases in a Hospital in Troy, NY.  Join our dynamic CRNA team, a supportive unit with an unbeatable team morale We prioritize collaboration, growth, and a positive work environment.

Job Description:

  • Provider's choice:  7:00 am-3:00 pm, 7:00 am-5:00 pm, and 7:00 am-7:00 pm shifts available
  • Call Rotation: 1:6 with post call day off, optional but preferred.  Call Stipends & Shift differentials
  • Surgical Cases are primarily bread and butter including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, and Urology. No hearts, trauma, or Neuro cases.

  • EMR: Epic

  • Accepting new graduate candidates
  • Not accepting Locums candidates
  • Open to H-1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation based on years of licensure:
    - 0-4 years of Licensure:
      ○ 1880 Annual Hours- $210,080
      ○ 2080 Annual Hours- $232,419
    - 5+ years of Licensure:
      ○ 1880 Annual Hours- $230,880
      ○ 2080 Annual Hours- $255,424
  • Bonuses:
    - Starting bonus - $25k
    - 6 months - $50k
    - Year 2 - $25k
    - Year 3 - Start of quality incentive metrics - $10k
  • Relocation Allowance if applicable: The amount is determined by the distance they are moving from to the facility. It is a reimbursement-based system.  Providers receive the amount in their contract, and they can submit receipts for reimbursement up to that amount.

  • Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start) - REQUIRED
  • NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
