Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesia practice at a leading hospital in the Albany, New York area.
Job Summary:As a CRNA with our hospital, you will play a crucial role in our anesthesia team, contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care. Our surgical cases primarily involve Bread and Butter procedures, including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, and Urology.
Responsibilities:- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period to address any changes in their condition.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Competitive salary range: $200,000-$230,000 based on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice with tail coverage, health insurance, life insurance, dental, disability, retirement with contribution, paid pension plan, tuition reimbursement, and generous vacation and CME time.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 yearly retention bonus.
- New graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
- Masters of Science in Nursing.
- Current NY State RN license (or willingness to obtain).
- BCLS Certification.
We offer a flexible schedule with 7a-5p or 8a-4p shifts, block design available (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts), reasonable call schedule with additional pay and shift differentials, and overtime opportunities.
