Location: Avon, MA
Salary: $34 - $43 per hour
Employment Type: W2, Weekly Direct Deposit

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM
As a Special Education Teacher, you will:
- Develop IEPs: Tailor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Provide Direct Instruction: Offer specialized support to students with learning challenges, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other educators, paraprofessionals, and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor Progress: Track and assess student progress, adapting instructional strategies to improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain Classroom Safety: Ensure a safe, supportive, and effective classroom through proactive classroom management techniques.
- Impact: Youll make a meaningful difference by empowering students with special needs to achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Team Environment: Collaborate with a team of passionate educators dedicated to student success.
