This long-standing family-owned funeral home with locations in Adams and Cumberland Counties in South Central Pennsylvania continues to grow. As a result, we are looking to add another enthusiastic, experienced, caring and detail-oriented Licensed Funeral Director who wants to learn how to be a great multi-faceted funeral director.

Responsibilities

A successful candidate will have the desire to excel with personal service and uphold a high level of integrity while providing care for the members of our rural community. This is a long-term position with a family-owned company. On-call, performing removals, embalming, meeting with families, and conducting services are part of fulfilling your calling of care. Our directors work together as a team of professionals.

Qualifications

Only licensed funeral directors please. Having attention for detail and the ability to prioritize and follow-through are essential.

Essential Responsibilities and Education

• Individuals who can work independently, are teachable and self-motivated

• Outstanding communication skills

• Maintain neat professional appearance

• Must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license

• Professional experience

• Team oriented

• Strong computer skills

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with your skills and experience. Other benefits include medical with dental and vision, a retirement plan with company match and paid time off.
