Desktop Support Analyst

Responsibilities include:
• Effectively managing AV Support and understanding the complexities of the Teams AV Stack.
• Applying knowledge of basic network concepts and managing wireless access points.
• Proficiently building images in a Windows 10 environment.
• Utilizing skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies.
• Demonstrating proficiency in managing computer hardware and Dell Technologies.
• Applying knowledge of Active Directory and Apple Devices.
• Utilizing Backup Technologies and Configuration Management to maintain system stability and security.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in Android Development
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
• Experience with Citrix Technologies
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Understanding of Dell Technologies
• Proficient in using Active Directory
• Experience with Apple Devices
• Familiarity with Backup Technologies
• Knowledge of Configuration Management
