Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a diligent Bookkeeper to be a part of our team located in Worcester, Massachusetts. As a Bookkeeper, your primary role will be to manage financial records, including tasks such as updating accounts receivable and payable, performing account reconciliations and handling other related tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Handle the processing and updating of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Perform month-end close activities in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and data entry for all financial transactions
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reporting
• Manage payroll activities as required
• Utilize QuickBooks for managing and updating financial records
• Conduct account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with other related projects as needed.• Proven experience in Account Reconciliation
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations
• Demonstrable experience in Bookkeeping
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Month End Close procedures
• Knowledge and experience in Payroll management
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
