Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Glendale, AZ - 100% onsite
Compensation: $23/hr - $26/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist a client on a large project. This is a contract opportunity for the next few months with the opportunity to be considered as a long term employee based on business need. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent accounts receivable experience, preferably in a high volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and send out invoices and statements.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent accounts receivable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
