It offers a long term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, processing data, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:
• Fielding phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Conducting data entry tasks with high precision and speed.
• Scanning, copying, and printing documents as required.
• Managing email communications and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Performing general administrative duties to support the team.
• Making calls to gather missing items for tax returns.
• Overseeing customer accounts and implementing necessary actions.
• Ensuring the office space is organized and records are kept in order.• Proven experience in Administrative Assistance is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid customer service skills and experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required; further education in Office Administration is a plus.
