We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline liaison for our healthcare clients, providing outstanding service while driving sales growth. Your expertise in medical devices and healthcare will be invaluable in assisting our customers and enhancing their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and medical facilities, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

  • Sales Support: Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to meeting sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our medical devices, including features, benefits, and regulatory standards to effectively communicate with clients.

  • Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and handle any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and support in achieving overall company goals.

  • Healthcare Insight: Utilize your understanding of medical insurance and healthcare processes to assist clients with inquiries related to billing, coverage, and product utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.

  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with medical insurance processes, terminology, and patient care workflows.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric mindset, able to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with medical device sales software is a plus.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
