We are offering a contract employment opportunity in the Hospitality industry in Honolulu, Hawaii. We are in search of a General Office Clerk to join our team. As a General Office Clerk, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties, including customer service and data entry, utilizing Microsoft tools. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer service inquiries and issues.

• Accurately enter data into our system.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to complete tasks and manage information.

• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.

• Oversee scanning and shipping functions to ensure smooth office operations.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage schedule appointments, demonstrating excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with shipping functions, including preparation of shipping documents and coordination with courier services
• Competency in operating scanning equipment for document management purposes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external correspondence
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent education level is required.
