Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking skilled and reliable Industrial Lift Driver. The ideal candidate will operate industrial lift equipment such as Taylor's and Hysters to handle, transport, and store large materials efficiently and safely within a manufacturing or production environment. This role requires attention to detail, and experience handling heavy or oversized materials in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $28-32.00

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Hyster/Taylor forklift to load, unload, move, and stack materials safely and efficiently.
  • Transport oversized, heavy, or bulky items within the facility or yard.
  • Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks on the Hyster/Taylor forklift to ensure safe operation.
  • Assist with inventory management, tracking materials, and recording shipments.
  • Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers about equipment performance or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating the Hyster/Taylor or similar heavy-duty forklifts.
  • Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (preferred).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of load balancing, safe handling procedures, and OSHA regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and strong communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [weight], stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
