We are inviting applications for the role of Trust and Estates Associate Attorney. This role is based in Ambler, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of Trusts, Estates, and Corporate Law.


Key responsibilities:


• Drafting a variety of estate planning documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, health care directives and powers of attorney.

• Assisting with estate and trust administration, which includes drafting family settlement agreements and trust modification agreements, and participating in estate and trust accountings.

• Creation and management of LLCs, corporations, and partnerships, inclusive of formation, preparing governing documents, and completing Corporate Transparency Act filings.

• Drafting and negotiating documents related to business transactions such as buy-sell agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, employment and consulting agreements, commercial loan documents, leases, and real estate purchase agreements.

• Conducting legal research in the areas of estates and trusts, corporate law, and taxation.

• Preparation and review of personal and fiduciary income tax returns.

• Collaborating with other practice areas as needed.

• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as needed.

• Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to the Bar in the state of practice
• Proven experience in Trusts and Estates, Corporate Law, and Estate Law
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with CRM, Crystal Reports, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience with About Time, Accounting Functions, Auditing, and Claim Administration
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Expertise in Estate Tax, Estate Planning, Estate sales, and Estate Tax Return
• Knowledge in Tax - Trust & Estate
• Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of cases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
