This role is deeply rooted in the property management industry and requires someone with leasing experience. You will be based in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer leasing applications with precision and efficiency
• Maintain and update customer records in an organized manner
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage walk-ins and lease ups effectively
• Undertake data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel for account support
• Perform filing duties as required
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook for correspondence and communication needs
• Learn and adapt to property management tasks and responsibilities.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and financial calculations.
• Able to utilize Microsoft Outlook for email communication, scheduling, and task organization.
• Strong written communication skills for correspondence with tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and meticulous, with a capability for efficient filing and record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word for drafting letters, reports, and other documents.
• Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant, with knowledge of property marketing, leasing procedures, and tenant relations.
• Familiarity with Property Management software, workflows, and best practices.
