Patient Care Coordinator

ONSITE in Scottsdale, AZ 85254 area
Monday through Friday | 8am - 5pm.
Pay rate will be ranging between $18-$20 per hour.
Core Responsibilities:
- Checking in and out of new and existing patients
- Checking validity of prescriptions, authorization, insurance verification, and insurance and eligibility requirements
- Updating patient demographics consistently
- Reviewing and responding to patient needs
- Ensure shipping of medical supply orders are updated and notated prior to shipping
- Contact and communicate with patients accordingly to ensure delivery information is up to date for medical supplies
- Additional clerical duties as needed
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Medical Front Office or Patient Intake position
- DME experience is a plus
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively, high interpersonal skills
- Highly detailed and sense of urgency
- Strong customer service skills while being highly professional
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
