Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are on the lookout for a proficient Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team located in Seattle, Washington. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The individual will be primarily responsible for ensuring smooth entry for attendees at an event, managing registration processes, and maintaining strong customer service standards.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the entrance of the show, ensuring that all attendees are greeted and provided with necessary materials.
• Handle the distribution of bags and printed materials to attendees.
• Assist with the setup of the registration area and handle the distribution of badges.
• Ensure that everyone entering the ballroom is equipped with an official lanyard & badge.
• Actively redirect those without appropriate credentials to the registration counter for assistance.
• Answer inbound calls, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
• Handle data entry tasks as required, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks.
• Handle order entry and schedule appointments as required.
• Assist guests throughout the event and manage the registration process efficiently.
• Confirm appointments and schedules, ensuring smooth event operations.• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and managing outbound calls effectively.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong skills in email correspondence, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring no conflicts in the schedule.
• Experience in assisting guests, providing high-quality service at all times.
• Familiarity with the registration process, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.
• Experience in sending confirmations, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated clearly.
