Description

Our Customer Service Representative supports our team's ability to provide effective commercial and industrial HVAC and energy solutions for our clients. Our ability to grow long term business relationships is accomplished by showing personal interest in our clients' building asset strategy and proactively demonstrating how service, energy efficiency and facility improvement projects improve building operations and lower overall costs, consistent with our client's objectives.

Customer Service Representatives support our Service Manager, Service Supervisors and field Service Technicians. This role provides an opportunity to engage your strong customer service and organizational skills, and provides an outstanding opportunity to learn in a dynamic and supportive environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming customer phone and email service requests
  • Schedule and enter service requests into PSR's operations management system
  • Coordinate scheduling with service supervisors and field technicians
  • Coordinate scheduling with Projects Supervisor
  • Issue purchase orders from PSR's operations management system
  • Research replacement parts
  • Assist with repair quotations
  • Assist with maintenance agreement tasking set up in PSR's operations management system
  • Customer and maintenance agreement records and system maintenance
  • General office support
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

The following qualifications along with the individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent Customer Service phone skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical terminology and mechanical processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Wennsoft/GreatPlains software experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask, detail oriented and a positive attitude
  • A proven track record working in a fast paced environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
TRAVEL AND WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Semi private work area in a class A office environment
  • Located on a major bus line for easy commuting (Lake City Way)
