Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a Test Center Administrator to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. The selected individual will have the task of managing the operations of a web-based testing center, ensuring a smooth and efficient testing process for various credentialing and certification tests. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of the testing process, with responsibilities ranging from greeting and checking in test-takers to performing routine security checks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in test-takers upon arrival, verifying their identities and ensuring they have the necessary materials for their tests.
• Oversee the administration of various web-based tests, including but not limited to CPAs and LSATs.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs of the testing site to prevent cheating and maintain an environment conducive to testing.
• Responsibly handle light office tasks, ensuring an organized and efficient workplace.
• Utilize specific apps and computer programs to start and stop tests as required.
• Maintain effective communication via email, promptly responding to any inquiries or issues that may arise.
• Perform security checks to ensure test-takers do not possess any prohibited materials during tests.
• Utilize knowledge of various accounting software systems and CRM to manage customer records and inquiries.
• Carry out clerical duties as necessary, including answering inbound calls and handling billing functions.
• Maintain an active and mobile presence in the testing center to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.• Proven proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Extensive experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of Banner Ads creation and management
• Proficiency in using various Computer Programs
• Demonstrated experience with CRM systems
• Familiarity with 'About Time' time management software
• Ability to provide clear and concise answers to queries
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
• Proficiency in handling Billing Functions
• Ability to perform Clerical Duties efficiently
