About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician Production Supervisor to join our team In this pivotal role, you will oversee production workflows and guide pharmacy technicians in a busy LTC mail order environment, ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and optimize pharmacy technician workflows for efficiency
  • Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols

Qualifications Needed:

  • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician is essential
  • LTC experience is a bonus
  • Prior management experience is highly desirable
  • PTCB national certification is preferred
