LHH is partnering with a wonderful client in Greensboro searching for a Jr. Recruiter to join their team This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and client is open to contract-to-hire or direct hire. The role will be paying $19-21/hr. and will offer full benefits on the permanent side. 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred; training will be provided
Responsibilities:
Conduct full cycle recruiting for various roles throughout the organization
Post open reqs. on job boards
Conduct initial phone screens
Schedule additional interviews with hiring manager
Send offer letters
Process onboarding (background checks, drug screens, criminal checks, etc.)
Provide new hires with information on benefits, company policies, how to navigate internal system
Assist HR with filing, scanning and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
Experience using ATS or HR system strongly preferred
Must be proactive in recruiting approach and able to take initiative and think ahead
Must have strong communication and customer service skills

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
