About the Role

This Summer 2025 Internship Program offers an exciting opportunity to immerse undergraduate and recently graduated participants in the business and culture of Centric Brands.

As an Information Technology (End User Services) Intern, you will work closely with our brands and businesses, collaborate on innovative team projects, attend business-focused learning sessions, and participate in philanthropic and culture initiatives.

The internship program is designed to develop a strong cross-functional foundation and pairs interns with mentors who are experts in their field for one-on-one learning and professional development.

You will have the opportunity to analyze and present strategies and recommendations to real business focuses for Centric Brands.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to established IT department and company policies and procedures
  • Incident Management – creating, updating, and resolving work orders from a ticketing system
  • Asset Management – tracking and control of computer hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Create knowledge base articles and documentation on solutions provided to resolve issues for end users
  • Work closely and assist other IT support teams as needed
  • Continually stay up to date with PC and Mac technologies
  • Perform or assist in miscellaneous department admin, support functions or projects as needed
Becoming Our Ideal Candidate
  • You must be a college undergraduate Rising Junior, Rising Senior, or Recent Graduate during Summer 2025 to be eligible to participate
  • Ability to work in Greensboro, NC for the full 10-week program from early-June to mid-August (Relocation/Housing not provided)
  • Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware – Mac and PC
  • Knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues
  • Experience creating step-by-step guides is a plus
  • One to two years of college work with concentration in technology-related curriculum
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-service focused
  • Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-through
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving

We offer a competitive salary of $$60,000 per annum, including benefits such as a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
