HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Assistant to fill an opening with a nationally recognized physician group in Westerville, OH.

Daily Responsibilities for the Medical Assistant:
  • Prepare examination rooms and sterilizing equipment
  • Room patients, obtain health history, check vital signs and perform EKGs
  • Administer injections and collect specimen
  • Document patient care using NextGen electronic medical record software
  • Schedule appointments, complete prior authorizations, process medication refills, handle referrals, answer calls and complete paperwork
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Required Qualifications for the Medical Assistant:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Medical Assistant Diploma
  • 1+ Year Recent Primary Care Experience
  • 1+ Year Recent Phlebotomy Experience

Pay Details: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour
