Our boutique wealth management firm client is currently seeking an individual with at least 2 years of experience in financial services for an Operations and Client Services position. This role, integral to the back-office operations, aims to provide exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients through diligent execution of account updates, regular maintenance, and timely response to client requests.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of financial transactions and settlements, back-office operations, financial terminology, and portfolio accounting systems. Impressive client service skills are paramount.
Responsibilities include: facilitating daily account reconciliation, aiding in operational processes such as strategy modifications, and new account setups. The selected individual will work closely with our wealth advisors, tax advisors, and custodian partners in client service preparations, including creating client paperwork, money transfers, and other administrative duties.
