We are in need of an IT Project Manager who will be a part of our team.. As a project manager, you will be expected to independently handle digital technology projects, develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and drive efficiencies and better customer experience by connecting technologies, people, information, and processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive the project vision, communicating it effectively with the project leadership team.
  • Develop detailed project schedules which align with company commitments and client expectations.
  • Build highly effective project teams and establish productive relations with impacted departments.
  • Apply project management principles including project financial management, scope and schedule management, risk and opportunity management.
  • Present key information to senior leadership enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources through effective organization and prioritization.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement and lean initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, at least 10 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience with project management oversight of infrastructure, security, and software development initiatives.

• Experience building and managing schedules in MS Project.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a government and/or manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of SAP/ERP and experience with Business Warehouse, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cyber Security projects.

• Experience with using both Waterfall and Agile Scrum project methodologies.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
