Position: Payroll Admin

Shift: Monday – Friday, 1st shift 

Duration: 6 month contract to hire + extensions

Location: Ann Arbor, MI – In office 3 days a week, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Pay Rate: $20-26/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Must Haves:

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience
• Great communication skills
• Self-starter mentality

Plusses:

• Experience using UKG
• Experience using Peoplesoft
• Prior payroll tax experience (how to enter W4’s, processing and investigating)
• Bachelor’s degree

Day to Day:

Insight Global’s client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Ann Arbor, MI. This person is going to be responsible for processing payroll using Peoplesoft. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and ready to hit the ground running
