Interview Process: on site, hour and a half – 30 minute assessment included READING CARDIAC RHYTHMS – MUST PASS
Start Date: ASAP
Must Haves:
- Active CRAT/CCT certification (or willing to get IN 6 MONTHS) OR RN OR Paramedic/EMT with current ACLS
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of related work experience
- Proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook);
- Customer service: using telephone and computer
- Knowledge of medical terminology specific to cardiac/cardiology
Day to day:
WECARE – BioTelemetry based customer centric program
Training:
– For workers accepting a night shift role, they would need to adjust their schedules for day shift trainings. Once training is complete, they will go to their overnight shift.
- 3-4 weeks depending on if they are certified or not (all onsite) Currently Day shift training 10am ET till the end of the year
- 12 weeks of Ramp up – all onsite. After successful completion of ramp up then hybrid would kick in
o During ramp up, the employee would be on their shift, schedule, holiday/weekend rotation.
Schedules:
- Schedules – these are not set schedule and days can be moved due to business needs.
- Weekends and holidays are set and those would not be moved without checking with the employee first
- Holidays will be worked. We have a holiday bucket (A/B) where the holidays are split so everyone knows ahead of time what holidays they are working for that year
Current Shifts Available:
EAST COAST ONLY SHIFTS – can also be open to those that want to work every weekend. Can potentially look at a set schedule of Thurs-Sun or Fri-Mon set since they work every weekend.
- 5/8’s – these schedules would work every Saturday or every Sunday and not rotate full Sat/Sun weekends
- 3am – 1130am
- 4am – 1230pm
- 5am – 130pm
- 11pm – 730am
- 3pm -1130pm
- 4/10s – these schedules would work every other full (Sat/Sun) weekend – can also be open to someone who wants to work every weekend. Can potentially look at a set schedule of Thurs-Sun or Fri-Mon set since they work every weekend.
- 3am - 130pm
- 4am – 230pm
- 5am – 330pm
- 9pm – 730am
- 11pm – 930am
WEST COAST ONLY SHIFTS – can also be open to those that want to work every weekend. Can potentially look at a set schedule of Thurs-Sun or Fri-Mon set since they work every weekend.
- 5/8’s – these schedules would work every Saturday or every Sunday and not rotate full Sat/Sun weekends
- 11am – 730pm
- 11pm – 730am

DAY TO DAY:
• Receives ECG transmissions in the cardiac outpatient telemetry service center, provides technical analysis of ECG data, generates
reports to the physician, and communicates to the patient and physician as necessary.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Stay up-to-date on developing clinical knowledge, specifically ECG rhythm interpretation
• Review ECG recordings and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy/completeness and evaluate ECG for notification criteria
and document actions
• Notify Monitoring Technician Level II in communicating ECG abnormalities according to physician notification protocol
• Ensure quality assurance of readings and reports that will be delivered to physicians
• Assist in facilitating activation of EMS
• Answer incoming calls from patients sending recordings using the WE CARE approach
• Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
