• Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules
• Proactively solve problems, demonstrating a commitment to helping customers.• Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a call center environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Excellent email correspondence skills, ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Experience in order entry and processing
• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
