Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Analyst II in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role primarily revolves around operational planning, coordination, and development. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with various departments, including Deployment Operations, Business Operations, and Product Leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, establish, and manage various business relationships to facilitate operational efficiency.
• Analyze operations, determine project scope, and document results to identify project requirements.
• Uphold the organization's standards by establishing and enforcing quality service measures.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information to prepare comprehensive reports.
• Contribute to the overall team effort by achieving related results as required.
• Coordinate operational planning activities to streamline business operations.
• Work closely with Product Leads to ensure the accurate deployment of operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to ensure efficient data management and analysis.
• Handle Oracle operations proficiently to maintain smooth business operations.
• Prepare summary reports and coordinate quality service for optimum business efficiency.• Must possess strong skills in documentation and report preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
• Should be able to handle operations and operational plans efficiently
• Experience with Oracle is required
• Ability to manage deployments effectively
• Experience in preparing summary reports and coordinating with different teams
• Must be able to deliver quality service to all stakeholders
• Should have the ability to develop and implement business operations
• Strong coordination skills are required to manage different aspects of the business
• The candidate should have a knack for devising operational plans for smooth business functioning.
