Investment Banking Managing Director

Investment Banking Managing Director will be responsible for:
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs, providing strategic advice, and ensuring satisfaction with services offered.
- Deal Origination and Execution: Leading the identification, structuring, and execution of financial transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and other advisory services.
- Team Leadership and Development: Overseeing and mentoring junior bankers and analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring that team members develop the skills necessary for their career advancement
Investment Banking Managing Director should have the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of Investment Banking experience within the Healthcare space.
- MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Business related fields, or Economics.
- Extensive sell side M&A experience.
