We are actively seeking a Production Manager for the Coppell, Texas facility.
Ideal candidates at least 3 years of management experience in a high paced production environment, along with 1-2 years of relevant print/mail, production or manufacturing experience. Must have experience managing a departmental budget and prior experience with capacity planning.
Summary of Duties
- Excellent PC skills. Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel including knowledge of pivot tables, advanced formulas, file linking, charts/graphs, etc.)
- Must have strong analytical skills to be able to effectively consolidate and report critical information to management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
- Solid organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Must be able to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to review jobs before they are inserted and after to ensure that they meet quality standards.
- Must be a self-starter and demonstrate strong initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and promote teamwork.
- Must be flexible to work various shifts, overtime, including weekends & holidays.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding operational environment.
- Some travel (trade shows, seminars, equipment manufacturers and other Broadridge facilities) as required.
Required Skills
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Management, or a related field). Master’s Degree is a plus and preferred.
- 3-5 years of management experience in a high paced environment, along with 1-2 years of relevant print/mail, production or manufacturing experience. Must have experience managing a departmental budget and prior experience with capacity planning.
