Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the manufacturing of stainless steel tanks for the dairy industry, ensuring all welds are food-grade or sanitary. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining departmental and individual goals, coordinating workloads, managing staffing requirements, and leading strategic projects. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for employee development and training, ensuring adherence to work instructions and quality requirements, and driving continuous process improvements.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Beloit, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The work schedule is from 3:30pm to 2:00am, Monday through Thursday. The 2nd shift currently has about 40 people and will eventually grow to about 75 people, with the Production Supervisor overseeing 30 to 35 individuals. The work environment may include exposure to extreme heat, humidity, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, loud noise, and all-weather conditions. This position may require overtime, night shifts, and weekend work hours. The pay range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
