Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead for our 1st shift. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 10-12 employees, ensuring that production goals are met, schedules are adhered to, and tasks are efficiently delegated. The role involves managing metrics, retraining team members, and monitoring performance on both current and future projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 10-12 employees to meet production goals.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules.

  • Manage and analyze production metrics.

Pay

$20-$25/hr - opportunity for growth

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing plant with a shift schedule of Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Havana, Florida.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
