The Cardiac Rhythm Technologies division focuses on developing groundbreaking solutions for heart arrhythmias and irregular heartbeats. Our mission is to revolutionize cardiac pacing systems, empowering healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Job Description:

We seek an experienced Medical Product Specialist to join our team, providing advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for CRM products. This role involves working independently, exercising judgment in planning and executing work, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrate expertise in building and sustaining credible relationships with customers, sharing product knowledge and insights
  • Identify customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities, advising sales representatives and management
  • Provide complex field inquiries support, showcasing thorough command of CRM products and related technical knowledge
  • Develop, lead, and facilitate training programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to market feedback and product development, ensuring next-generation products meet evolving customer needs
  • Offer regional CRM implant case coverage, supporting sales representatives in various areas

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field, or equivalent healthcare experience
  • A minimum of 4+ years of increasingly responsible experience in cardiac pacing and related industries
  • Proven knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol, along with advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret and solve complex clinical problems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills, with ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to concentrate on detail, work independently, and effectively collaborate with engineers, vendors, and customers
  • Comprehensive personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office and authoring programs
