Position: School Paraprofessional
Location: Hampstead, MA

Position Overview:

The School Paraprofessional will provide essential support to teachers and students by assisting with classroom activities, managing behavior, and delivering individualized support. This role is crucial in helping to create an effective learning environment and supporting students educational and developmental needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or higher in education, child development, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is a plus.
• Must pass the Parapro exam
• Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student learning and development.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff.
