As a Junior Recruiter, you will:

Source Talent: Leverage online platforms, social media, job boards, and creative channels to identify top candidates.
Build Relationships: Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
Conduct Screenings: Perform initial calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate Interviews: Manage scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
Provide Feedback: Keep candidates informed throughout their journey with us.
Conduct Interviews: Lead in-person interviews when the Recruiting Manager is unavailable, taking detailed notes for thorough evaluation.
Manage Job Postings: Post job openings across various platforms, review resumes, and maintain consistency.
Utilize ATS: Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System.
Perform Reference Checks: Complete all reference verifications for potential hires.
Engage in High-Volume Calling: Handle warm and cold calls to identify and engage talent.
Support Recruitment Projects: Assist in initiatives that improve recruitment and retention strategies.
