We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage daily operations and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the warehouse. This is a hands-on role, where you will lead and manage warehouse staff while maintaining high standards for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
- Plan and prioritize work to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety regulations (OSHA), and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and safety meetings.
- Collaborate with various departments (Production, Supply Chain, Quality) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Investigate accidents or safety issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment and supplies, and advise on needs.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team motivation.
- Proficient in ERP or WMS systems and experienced in inventory control.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, warehouse operations, and logistics (LTL, FTL, Import/Export).
- Experience with 6S and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
