Shift: Nights, 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
Sign-on Bonus: Yes

  • Bonus Description: $10,000 sign-on
  • Shift Differentials:
    • $2.00 for evenings
    • $3.00 for nights
    • $2.00 for weekends

Relocation Package: Full relocation assistance available
Salary Range:

  • Minimum: $44,000
  • Maximum: $55,000

Start Date: Immediate

Job Duties:

  • Provide respiratory care services in accordance with physician’s orders, department policies, and procedures.
  • Administer respiratory treatments and monitor patient progress.
  • Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment, including mechanical ventilators and oxygen therapy devices.
  • Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests, arterial blood gas analysis, and chest physiotherapy.
  • Educate patients and families about respiratory care needs and equipment use.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Current Respiratory Therapist Licensure in the state of Texas (RRT or CRT).
  • Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
  • Certifications:
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire.
  • Preferred:
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
    • Three or more years of experience in all aspects of respiratory care.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
