Sunbelt isseeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team for the upcoming school year in a school district near Colorado Springs, CO. This is a great opportunity where you will work with students in grades K-12.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapist in providing occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) of a 65 student caseload
- Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives

Qualifications:
- License to practice as a CertifiedOccupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Colorado
- Experience working in a school setting with range of caseloads preferred
- CDE License
Schedule and Compensation:
- Full-time - 35 hours per week
- This position is from August 2024 - May 2025
As an employee of Sunbelt, you will be paid weekly and your compensation package will be based off your needs. This is an hourly paid position, W2, and full-time applicants are eligible for dental, vision, and healthbenefits, as well as 401k.
