$100,000 - $120,000 + performance-based commissions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients
• Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses
• Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws

• Lead high-value personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including preparing for and attending trials and mediations.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff, sharing your litigation expertise and guiding them through the legal process.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Argue motions in court and represent clients in all aspects of legal proceedings.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant state, local, and federal statutes to provide the best possible legal counsel.
• Collaborate with other senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and ensure exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
• Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations
• 5 years of required experience as a senior associate in the legal field

• Experienced Litigator: At least 5 years of experience managing personal injury cases in trials and mediations.
• Leadership & Mentorship: A natural mentor with a track record of coaching junior attorneys and collaborating with colleagues.
• Independent & Driven: Capable of handling your own caseload with minimal supervision, while maintaining excellent time management.
• Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to advocate for clients with compassion and diligence.
• Licensed in Colorado: Must be in good standing with the State Bar and licensed to practice in Colorado.
