Job Description: Sr Quality Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Quality Engineer to join our team at Quest Global. As a Sr Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products and services to identify any defects or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers to ensure consistent quality standards are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality engineering practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
