Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Independent Risk Management Consultant 3 to join our team, specializing in the Consumer Auto Lending business. This role involves analyzing complex business and system changes, identifying risk issues, and evaluating the effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems, and internal controls to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze complex business/system changes to assess the impact on risk and identify potential issues.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems, and internal controls.
• Develop and execute comprehensive risk management reports using tools such as Tableau and Excel.
• Create data visualizations to communicate risk information clearly and effectively for key stakeholders.
• Provide support for key risk oversight activities and make recommendations to improve overall risk management practices.
Desired Qualifications:
• Proven experience in analyzing complex business/system changes and understanding their risk impact.
• Strong background in business process management and identifying risk issues.
• Experience evaluating policies, procedures, systems, and internal controls for adequacy and effectiveness.
• Proficient in Tableau and Excel for report development and data visualization.
• Ability to effectively communicate risk findings and insights through compelling visualizations.
