Compensation: $21-$26 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

 

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our client's team for a lease-up project in NE Portland. This is a 3-month contract position with the potential to transition into a contract-to-hire role based on performance and experience. Our client is motivated and looking to hire quickly. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the lease-up process for a new residential property.

  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.

  • Respond to inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Process rental applications and conduct background checks.

  • Prepare and execute lease agreements.

  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions.

  • Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants.

  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

  • Must have basic to intermediate Excel knowledge, as you will be utilizing Excel for data entry and spreadsheets.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.



Pay Details: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
