Patient Registration – Hamilton, OH
Contract to Hire | 35-40 Hours per Week | Travel Required Twice a Week
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a local healthcare organization to find a dedicated Patient Registration candidate. This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with hours ranging from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on the weekly schedule. You'll be traveling to other local healthcare facilities twice a week, with all travel pre-planned in advance.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately register patients for appointments, tests, and procedures
Verify and update patient information, including insurance details
Collect co-pays and process payments as necessary
Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Provide exceptional customer service while answering patient inquiries
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Handle other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a patient registration or healthcare administrative role
Familiarity with insurance verification processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Flexibility to travel twice a week on a pre-determined schedule
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in healthcare software is a plus
