Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer effective therapy to patients with cardiopulmonary, neurological, or metabolic conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal treatment plans and adjust care as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families about respiratory procedures and care management.
  • Perform critical cardiopulmonary care functions, including diagnostic evaluations and medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold department standards for patient care.
  • Proactively monitor environmental conditions and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Build strong professional relationships with the medical staff, demonstrating sound judgment, professionalism, and empathy.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Completion of a Respiratory Care Program approved by the American Medical Association.
  • Certificate of Registration as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Oregon.
  • Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • BLS certification (required within 3 months of hire).
  • ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (required within 6 months of hire).
  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on patient education and care.

Pay Details: 36.50 to 47.00 per hour
