Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Respiratory Therapist to become part of our client's team in McMinnville, OR - 97128. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.
Pay
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - Base Rate: 32.60
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Base Rate: 36.50
Shift Differential
- Nights: 4.00
- Weekends: 1.50
- On-Call: 3.75
Shift
- 12-Hour Night Shift
- Rotating Days
- 6pm-6:30am
Job Summary
The Respiratory Therapist delivers high-quality respiratory therapy and care to patients experiencing cardiopulmonary, neurological, or other metabolic conditions requiring various treatments. The Respiratory Therapist also collaborates with physicians to discuss the effectiveness of therapies, educates patients, takes phone orders, and performs additional cardiopulmonary care duties.
Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (RRT is preferred)
- Certificate of Registration as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Oregon
- High School Graduate or Equivalent and completion of a respiratory care program approved by the American Medical Association
- Resp. neonates
- BLS (within 3 months of hire)
- ACLS (within 6 months of hire)
- PALS (within 6 months of hire)
- NRP (within 6 months of hire)
