ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive support to students in Flint, Michigan. This is a full-time role focusing on K-12th grade students with cognitive impairments. Join a collaborative team that values student success and professional growth

Position Overview:
  • Location: Flint, MI
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • Caseload: K-12th grade students with cognitive challenges
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Full school year
  • Compensation: Highly competitive hourly rates
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform evaluations and create customized therapy plans for students with cognitive impairments.
  • Develop and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with the educational team.
  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support student growth.
  • Work closely with teachers and parents to enhance communication strategies.
  • Document and track progress to ensure therapy goals are being met effectively.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP license in Michigan or eligibility to obtain it before starting.
  • School experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
