Responsibilities:

• Performs typical facilities and maintenance tasks to support the manufacturing floor and the entire facility.

• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.

• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

• Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required.


Requirements:

• High school or tech school education and 3 years of manufacturing-related experience in a clean room environment.

• Managed facilities-related projects before. Skills – Technical

• Must be able to perform but not limited to the following skills: carpentry, basic plumbing, machine repair, painting, and janitorial.

• Required to be familiar with and use all hand tools and power tools common to the skills listed and be well-versed in the disciplines mentioned above.

• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, sketches, O.E.M. instructions, and specifications.

• Must feel comfortable with working in a team environment consisting of outside contractors and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Required to use considerable judgment when performing and planning to perform his/her tasks. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations N/A Supervisory Responsibilities N/A Work Environment

• Some heavy lifting and considerable moving of equipment are required.

• Lifting of objects up to 50 lbs.

• Exposed to a combination of normal office-type environments, and shop environments.

• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
