Job Description

We are looking for an entry-level electronics assembler to assist in racking, cabling, and inventorying network and server equipment. You will physically assist in moving and racking equipment, troubleshoot and repair servers and networks, perform equipment installs, decommissioning, and moves, and ensure quality checks on all aspects of the project. Additionally, you will maintain asset inventory in an automated system.

Responsibilities
  • Rack, cable, and inventory network and server equipment.
  • Physically assist in moving and racking equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair server and network issues.
  • Perform equipment installs, decommissioning, and moves.
  • Conduct quality checks on all aspects of the project.
  • Maintain asset inventory in an automated system.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with electronic and mechanical assembly.
  • Proficiency with hand tools.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and troubleshooting desktops and laptops.
  • Understanding of cabling processes, cable maps, and wiring networks.
  • Experience with IT support or education in related fields.
  • Skills in software troubleshooting and driver updates.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of data center best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data center equipment.
  • Understanding of server configuration.
  • Comptia A+ certification or equivalent experience.

You will be working in a huge, organized, 2-story warehouse filled with computer servers and large aisles of inventory.

This is a Contract position based out of Woodinville, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
