Key Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you’ll lead a team of department and shift managers, driving success in several critical areas:

People Processes
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent.
  • Oversee staffing and performance management.
  • Train, coach, and motivate employees to excel in their roles.
Business Decisions
  • Plan and make informed decisions about inventory, budget, and food ordering.
  • Manage food costs effectively to drive profitability.
Food and Guest Safety
  • Ensure all food safety measures are consistently met.
  • Maintain a safe environment for employees and guests.
Operational Oversight
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant, including creating and implementing maintenance plans.
  • Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
Leadership and Coaching
  • Guide department managers in setting and achieving their individual goals.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and direction to improve overall performance.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should bring:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume location.
  • A background in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
